Byron resigned last week amid the public outcry over the “kiss-cam” video. However, Kristin remains employed by the company and has been placed on leave pending an investigation.

Since the incident went viral, she has not been seen in public until now. Kristin Cabot was photographed without her wedding ring, which she has often worn in social media photos, but notably did not wear at the infamous concert.
Kristin appeared to be hosting a small gathering at her home, with about six guests seen playing soccer and swinging golf clubs in the backyard. Wearing a pink tracksuit underneath a light jacket and the same silver necklace as in the viral video, the executive wore her hair in a bun and appeared to be looking glum as she watered plants while her dogs ran around at her feet.
Mrs. Kristin does not wear a wedding ring, although this was a regular habit before.
Her current marital status is not known. However, her husband, Privateer Rum CEO Andrew Cabot, 60, heir to the Cabot family’s $15.4 billion fortune, was not seen at their home. The billionaire businessman was reportedly on a business trip in Asia when the scandal broke.
