The television show, Caldeirão do Huck, created an exact replica of Neymar’s first home, complete with a small living room where the family used to gather, and a bedroom filled with footballs where he grew up. The superstar was overcome with emotion and shed tears while being comforted by his mother during the visit.

Neymar’s mother, Nadine, entered the room to offer comfort as he was overwhelmed with emotions. He asked her why, but she did not know how to answer him. The TV producers recreated the room with the help of Neymar’s parents and sister, and it featured family pictures. However, even they were overcome with nostalgia and cried at the sight of the almost exact replica of their former home. The episode was filmed while Neymar was recovering from surgery on his foot, before the World Cup. Neymar expressed his gratitude to presenter Luciano Huck on Instagram for the incredible tribute. The World Cup will begin on Sunday with a game against Switzerland.
