Kylie Jenner has announced her latest business venture, with the beauty mogul set to launch her own fashion brand called Khy.
The mum-of-two, 26, shared the news on social media on Tuesday with a snap of herself alongside the caption: “meet khy.” Kylie could be seen wearing a leather trench coat, presumably from her new brand, and a pair of patent red pointed heels.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star sat on the floor and looked up at the camera with her trench coat undone to show off her legs. She wore her brunette tresses in soft curls and sported dark pink lipstick.
She tagged the official Instagram account for her brand, which already has a website set up despite an official launch date not being announced yet.
Kylie added the Khy website to her Instagram bio and the link takes customers to a page showing the 26 year old modelling a leather trench coat with her back to the camera. Eager fans can ‘sign up for early access’ to her collection by entering their email address on the website.
Fans shared their excitement on social media for new brand, with one commenting: “i think i love khy,” while a second said: “Nice to meet you khy !” and a third added: “I KAN’T WAIT”.
Kylie’s momager Kris Jenner, 67, also shared the news on her own Instagram account, writing: “@khy @kyliejenner coming soon KHY.COM”.
Kylie is best known for her make-up empire, with her brand Kylie Cosmetics taking the cosmetics industry by storm when it launched in 2015. Initially, she launched a range of lip kits – Kylie Lip Kits – but soon branched out into other makeup items. The brand’s success has seen Kylie become a billionaire. In 2019, she sold a majority stake of Kylie Cosmetics to Coty.
While her cosmetics empire, which also includes Kylie Skin, is what she’s known for, Kylie has previously ventured into the world of fashion too. She collaborated with her older sister Kendall Jenner on a range with PacSun back in 2012.
Kylie’s latest business venture comes after Puck News reported that she was working with Emma and Jens Grede. The business couple work with her older sister Kim Kardashian on her clothing brand SKIMS as well as sister Khloe Kardashian on her Good American band.
Both Kim and Khloe’s clothing brands have proven to be hugely popular with customers and are stocked in stores – such as Selfridges – across the globe.
