Gal Gadot’s abs after three births

Just a few months after giving birth to her third child, the “Wonder Woman” star is back in the gym. She now has a perfect figure, with a slim and toned waist.

On August 28, Gal Gadot showed off her 86.3 million followers a moment posing in a two-piece swimsuit. The photo shows the star’s flat, toned stomach more than a year after giving birth to her third child.

After a few hours, the photo attracted nearly 1.6 million likes and thousands of comments. Many people admired the Wonder Woman star’s perfect figure . Some wondered how Gadot could get back in shape so quickly with her busy schedule.

Magnus Lygdback – Gadot’s fitness trainer and nutritionist – told Daily Mail that the actress maintains interval training 3 to 4 times a week, combines a Mediterranean-style menu (eat lots of vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, beans…) and drinks lots of water.

“I’ll never forget what my trainer told me, that even if you work out two hours a day, you still have to consider your food choices. You have so many hours in the day to eat. So the food you choose is very important,” Gadot told Shape last year.

The star said she is not a “saint” so there will be days when she cannot follow the menu 100%. Sometimes she still eats hamburgers and starchy foods.

According to Daily Mail , just 3 months after giving birth to baby Daniella, Gadot returned to the gym. Because her mother is a physical education teacher, she soon realized the benefits and importance of exercise.

Alternating aerobic and anaerobic exercises during the week helps speed up the process of burning calories and excess fat, so Gadot quickly gets back in shape after giving birth. In addition, she increases heavy weight training to maintain and develop muscle strength.

Sharing with InStyle reporter, the star said: “I used to participate in a training program with many push-ups, pull-ups, running with sandbags on the beach. It sounds strange but I only exercise at 5am and go home at 4pm.”
