As previously reported, David and Victoria , or any other members of the Beckham family, were invited to the wedding vow renewal ceremony of their eldest son and his wife in New York, USA, on August 2. This was a big shock to Mr. and Mrs. Becks because they only learned about the event through the press.

However, the pain did not stop there. A source told The Mirror that during the ceremony, Brooklyn gave an emotional speech in front of 200 guests, expressing his feelings for his wife of 4 years and her family.

“He spoke from the heart. At the center of his heart was Nicola , whom he loved dearly, as well as the Peltz family, who were truly there for him. He wanted to acknowledge them and was determined to do his part,” a source close to the couple said.

More tellingly, there was no similar tribute to Brooklyn’s biological parents.

The Mirror commented: “News of a ‘heartfelt tribute’ to Nicola’s parents, Nelson and Claudia, will add to the pain of the Beckham family – who have been cut off from their eldest son’s life.”

Friends of the Beckham family are said to be concerned about Brooklyn’s out-of-character behaviour. Nicola has been accused of isolating her husband not only from his parents, but also other family members and friends.

Some people considered the wedding ceremony to be “useless”, especially when the couple posted dozens of photos of the big day. They even believed that the eldest son and his wife wanted to “show off” or put pressure on the Beckham family.

This view received a lot of sympathy from the majority of netizens. They expressed support for David and Victoria, criticizing Brooklyn for being ungrateful and being manipulated by his wife.

Faced with that situation, the chef born in 1999 is said to be heartbroken because Nicola is blamed for the family’s absence at the re-wedding.

“It’s all about misogyny. People seem to forget that Brooklyn is a grown man, fully capable of making his own decisions. Nicola would respect his choices. It hurts him to see his wife portrayed as a cunning and evil vixen,” the insider stressed.

The eldest Beckham has not officially commented on the controversy. But he expressed his thoughts by liking a comment that read: “Why do people think she made the decision to exclude them? If he really wanted his parents there, they would have been there.”
