In a horrifying and deeply unsettling discovery, local fishermen in the Chesapeake Bay stumbled upon a floating suitcase this morning that contained what authorities have now confirmed to be dismembered human body parts. The grisly finding, which occurred around 8:45 AM, has shocked the local community and prompted an immediate large-scale investigation by state and federal law enforcement.
According to an official statement from the Maryland State Police, the suitcase was discovered roughly two miles off the coast near Kent Island by two commercial crab fishermen.
