Kylian Mbappe’s younger brother Ethan has followed him out of the PSG exit door

The elder Mbappe is set to be announced later this month in a mega player presentation which will involve a catwalk built from the dressing room to the pitch and live music acts.

But his brother, Ethan, 17, is looking to “progress his career” and move from the shadow of his superstar brother.

He has signed on a free transfer for Ligue 1 club Lille and has signed a three year contract with the side based in the north of France.

Speaking after the club announced the transfer, Ethan said: “For me, at my age, staying in France was the best option to progress.

“I think LOSC was the best project. It is one of the best in France.

“I look forward to starting this adventure and meeting my new team-mates, the staff, as well as the supporters.

“It’s a real pride to be able to play here.”

His new contract at Lille represents his first professional contract of his career, as he was still signed as a youth player at PSG.
