Singer Cassie Ventura released pictures of her bruised body and bleeding wounds as evidence that Diddy abused her multiple times.

At Diddy’s trial , Cassie Ventura said this photo was taken in an Uber after fleeing the InterContinental Hotel in Los Angeles on March 5, 2016. The singer was beaten and dragged through the hotel hallway by the rapper before security arrived to rescue her. In the photo, Cassie is wearing large sunglasses to hide the injuries under her eyes and her lips are swollen. Video of the assault was also shown in court on May 13.

Two close-up photos of Cassie Ventura’s torn eyebrow from 2013. She said this was from an incident when Diddy threw her onto the bed and hit her face on the corner. Cassie testified that Diddy became angry because she had overslept and hadn’t packed her suitcase for their trip.

Cassie wore sunglasses to cover a bruise under her eyebrow as she tried on clothes at Diddy’s house, preparing for an event. Cassie said the rapper was temperamental and would abuse her when he was unhappy or jealous. During four days of testimony in a Manhattan courthouse last week, Cassie accused Diddy of hitting her numerous times during their 11-year relationship from 2007 to 2018.

A photo of the singer’s leg injury was also shown to the jury. In addition, Cassie provided a photo of her stashing a knife in her door to protect herself in case Diddy showed up in 2018 – the final stage of their tumultuous 11-year relationship. In court, the ex-girlfriend of the “rap mogul” said that in addition to being abused, she was also forced to attend hundreds of sex parties – where she was forced to have sex with male gigolos while the rapper watched, directed, masturbated and recorded. Cassie kept her ordeal private for years and first spoke out in 2023 in a lawsuit against Diddy for violence and rape.

During the May 19 hearing, prosecutors also revealed photos of Diddy’s New York hotel room on September 16, 2024, when police arrested the rapper on charges of sex trafficking by force, extortion, and prostitution. Police seized several bottles of baby oil in the room along with lubricant. Cassie said Diddy always asked sex party participants to rub baby oil all over their bodies for massages before entering. During a raid on Diddy’s two mansions in March 2024, federal police also discovered more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil.

Two packets of cocaine (a pink powder) were found at the scene. Prosecutors wrote in the indictment that cocaine was often used at Diddy’s wild parties. Cassie confirmed this in court, saying that she and Diddy had used drugs on multiple occasions.

Police also found an iPhone, a Louis Vuitton bag, two bottles of lubricant on the nightstand in the bedroom, and a wallet containing $9,000 in cash.

Diddy’s trial began in Manhattan, New York on May 12 and is expected to last several weeks. This week, witnesses including singer Dawn Richard – a member of the band Danity Kane that Diddy founded in the 2000s – and Kerry Morgan – Cassie’s former best friend – both claimed to have witnessed the rapper brutally beating Cassie Ventura on multiple occasions. Both also accused Diddy of abusing them.
