Miley Cyrus is flashing her best smile while posing with godmother Dolly Parton. The 30-year-old singer made November headlines for the news that her televised New Year’s Special will be cohosted with Dolly – after posing together for announcement sH๏τs on social media, the country singer and her Midnight Sky hitmaker goddaughter and back for more. Miley posted to her Instagram on Thursday. She stunned in a gorgeous and тιԍнт look, also reminding fans that she and Dolly have been on-screen before together. Singer Dolly has featured on the Hannah Montana series Miley grew up on.
Lots To Look Forward To
Posting for her 188 million followers, Miley sat from a set and on a wooden chair – Dolly did the same, with her name on the back of the chair also visible. Looking gorgeous in a cut-out and skinтιԍнт black top that flaunted her gym-honed arms, Miley also flashed her tattoos. She added in a chic and cream pencil skirt while Dolly rocked a jazzy bathrobe with her DP initials on it.
Miley, who has been relatively quiet on social media this fall, wrote: “From Co-star to Co-Host @dollyparton.” She also tagged NBC and Peacock. In 2021, fans were excited to see Miley cohost her special with actor Pete Davidson. Now, she’s back for a 2.0!.
Dolly Dishing Advice
Miley is known for her close relationship with Dolly. “Everybody says, ‘Do you give Miley advice?’ I said, ‘Nobody gives Miley advice.’ She’s [as] headstrong as I am, but we both respect each other,” the Grand ‘Old Opry star told Us Weekly. “And we share things.”
“If I feel like I’ve got something to say to her, like, a mother or an aunt or a godmother, I will say something. Or [I will] ask her a question about this or that or ask her a question even concerning my own career,” Dolly added.
