Many buildings in Myanmar tilted after the earthquake. “Everything started shaking around 12:53 or 12:54. It was terrifying. The shaking lasted for at least a minute,” said a Myanmar resident in the town of Kalay in Myanmar.
Reports say the tremors were felt in many cities in Myanmar. An hour after the earthquake, many people in Yangon and Bago said they still had no phone signal.
