Adam Mondschein also stated that he was offended by Blake Lively’s suggestion that he was unqualified for the role of an obstetrician, as his acting portfolio was easily searchable online. Adam Mondschein said that if asked to testify in the trial in March 2026, he is willing to answer all questions more honestly and freely with the necessary legal protections.
Blake Lively’s rep declined to comment, but reiterated her previous claims that the birth scene on set was chaotic and lacked standard protection for nudity. According to the complaint, the set was not enclosed and there were many people walking around while Lively was only slightly covered.
A source close to the actress said that Lively felt very uncomfortable when she learned that her co-star in the scene was her close friend Justin Baldoni. However, Baldoni said that it was completely reasonable to choose his close friend for the role.

In December 2024, Blake Lively
Justin Baldoni for sexual harassment during the filming of
It Ends With Us.
She accuses Justin of performing impromptu kissing scenes and physically intimate moments, while adding gratuitous sexual content. Blake Lively also accused Justin Baldoni of then conducting a media campaign to damage her reputation during the promotion of the film, causing her emotional distress.
Justin Baldoni, the film’s director and star, has denied the allegations. The 41-year-old has responded by filing a $400 million countersuit against Blake Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds, and journalist Leslie Sloane, accusing them of using their power in the entertainment industry to remove him from their own films and ruin his career. Over the past few months, Justin Baldoni has released several behind-the-scenes videos to refute the allegations, but Blake Lively has maintained that she was sexually harassed.
