98-year-old veteran drives tank to crush Tesla to protest Elon Musk
ENGLAND – A 98-year-old World War II veteran has just caught the world’s attention by driving a tank to crush a Tesla, in protest against Elon Musk and far-right extremism.
One of the most violent and symbolic acts of resistance against Tesla and CEO Elon Musk in recent times has attracted global attention, coming from an unlikely source: a 98-year-old British veteran who fought in World War II.
Ken, who fought against the Nazis exactly 80 years ago, has recently appeared in a shocking video, in which he drives the legendary Sherman tank – the type that helped overthrow Nazi Germany – to crush a blue Tesla Model 3 electric car. Behind the crushed car is a license plate with the bold words: “Fascist”.
The clip posted on YouTube, filmed in a field in England, shows the electric car being flattened by the heavy tracks of the tank. While the Model 3’s chassis is known to be safe in crash tests, under the symbolic and real weight of a Sherman, it becomes crushed.
This is an act of protest aimed directly at Tesla CEO – Elon Musk – who has recently caused controversy with his political statements on social media platforms. From supporting President Trump to sharing content from far-right parties in Europe, Musk is facing an increasing wave of criticism.
“I saw fascism once and I believe it can come back. Elon Musk, the richest man in the world, is using his power to fuel the far right in Europe – and his money comes from Teslas,” the 98-year-old veteran said.

Ken’s actions are not only personal, but also a poignant reminder of the connection between economic power, political influence and social responsibility. Meanwhile, Tesla – Musk’s financial backbone – is seeing sales decline in many major markets, as the founder’s personal reputation is shaken by his own statements.
“We’ve crushed fascism before, and we’ll crush it again,” Ken declared emphatically.
A tank rolling over a Tesla is not just a “physical blow,” but also a powerful political message, wrapped in a symbolic act from a generation that has faced the shadow of history head-on. And this time, they are speaking out—not with guns, but with memories and warnings.
Elon Musk – CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, once an advisor to President Donald Trump’s economic council. One of Musk’s most controversial government roles is his role at the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), where he spearheaded efforts to cut federal payrolls.
This has not only caused controversy in the political world, but has also raised concerns among investors as Musk increasingly distances himself from Tesla amid declining sales of older electric vehicles.
In addition, Musk’s public support for far-right policies in Europe has led to a wave of protests against him and Tesla. Many of the company’s showrooms and charging stations in the US and Europe have been vandalized.
