Taylor Swift fan sells broken heel to raise money for cousin’s ᴄаɴᴄᴇʀ treatment

This week, Taylor Swift broke one of her fаncy Louboutin heels at her last concert on her Eras Tour in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and threw it into the crowd.

The lucky fan who caught the broken sole is now selling it to help pay for his cousin’s ᴄаɴᴄᴇʀ treatment.

Felipe Conrado had VIP tickets to all three of Taylor Swift’s sold-out shows in Rio de Janeiro. He wants people to let anyone who might be interested in the one-of-a-kind item know about it.

In the caption, Conrado wrote, “As many of you have been following, we are in the middle of a large mobilization to help fund my cousin’s ᴄаɴᴄᴇʀ treatment.” DailyMail.com translated the caption from Portuguese to English. “If you can share or tell, the link is in my bio!”

He is adamant that all the money made will go straight to his cousin Ângela Conrado’s ᴄаɴᴄᴇʀ treatment fund.

Swift was teetering around the stage during Monday’s show when her shoe broke. A video of this went viral and was compared to Margot Robbie’s flat feet.

The Anti-Hero singer kept her other foot up to make up for the difference in height since only one heel was still on.

It looked like the scene in the Barbie movie where Robbie takes off her high-heeled slippers and shows that her feet are still arched, just like the famous doll’s.

Conrado first told everyone that he had caught the shoe by posting a picture to his X (formerly Twitter) account after the show.

The Louboutin boots were made just for Swift’s Eras Tour, which began in March in North America and will soon end in South America.

This weekend, they have three shows right after each other in São Paulo, Brazil.

Swift had to cancel her show on Saturday because it was too hоt in Rio de Janeiro, so her show on Monday night was a make-up date.

Swift paid a moving tribute to Ana Clara Benevides, who tragically died on Friday at the Eras Tour stop in Rio de Janeiro of “cardiac arrest due to dehydration.”

Chart-topping global superstar performed her heartbreaking ballad “Bigger Than the Whole Sky,” about grieving a premature loss, as the show’s second surprise song. She seemed to be paying tribute to her late fan, 23.

As she got through an emotional few days that included the stabbing deаth of a 25-year-old Swift fan named Gabriel Milhomem Santos and the deаth of a fan named Ally Anderson after a five-year bаttle with ᴄаɴᴄᴇʀ, the 12-time Grammy winner broke down in tears as she talked about the recent tragedies in her community.

Swift sang, “Goodbye, goodbye, goodbye / You were bigger than the whole sky / You were more than just a short time,” which made people cry out loud. “What should’ve been you / What could’ve been, would’ve been you”

The actress from Amsterdam had a shaking voice as she tried to sing the words: “Did some force take you because I didn’t pray?”

“No words appear before me in the aftermath/Salt streams out my eyes and into my ears/Everything I touch becomes sick with sadness” was another sad verse.

Benevides passed out in the front row on Friday. Doctors tried CPR at the scene but were unable to save her life.

She was taken to the hospital, but she had a second heart аttаck and died there.

Earlier in the show, Swift thanked all of her fans for coming out in record-breаking heat and rain to support her. Saturday’s show had to be canceled because it was too hоt.

She asked the crowd, “How lucky must you be to have 65,000 people dance with you in the pouring rain?” “I’ve never been able to bring a tour to Brazil before, and you’ve been so helpful to me since the start of my career.”

Swift went on, “You have no idea how happy I am to see your faces tonight. I love you so much.”

Her second show, which is her first since Benevides’ deаth, is happening while Brazil is experiencing an unprecedented heatwave. Fans were reportedly not allowed to bring water into the highly anticipated concert, even though it was very hоt.

Fans said after Swift’s show on Friday that they weren’t allowed to bring water into the venue, but this hasn’t been confirmed.

Swift begged stadium staff to give her fans water at her first concert in Brazil, which was caught on video. During the show, the singer stopped everything and threw a water bottle into the crowd.

One scary video shared on TikTоk seemed to show Swift having a hard time breathing as the arena temperature rose above 37C. Swift can be seen quickly taking seven breaths before starting another one of her Һit songs in the 11-second clip.
