Xports News recently reported exclusively about the lawyer representing the family of the late actress Kim Sae Ron.
Specifically, a complainant, referred to as A, filed a complaint against lawyer Boo Ji-seok of the Buu Law Firm, who is legally representing the late Kim Sae Ron’s family, to the National Anti-Corruption Commission of Korea. Previously, Kim Soo Hyun’s management company filed a complaint against Kim Sae Ron’s family, a YouTuber, and Ms. B – who claimed to be the late actress’s aunt – for violating the Special Law on Punishment of Sexual Crimes (disseminating secretly filmed images, etc.).
Attorney Boo represents the family of the late actress Kim Sae Ron, who was sued by the National Anti-Corruption Commission of Korea.
Mr. A believes that lawyer Boo is seriously involved in this case, either providing false legal advice that led to the illegal dissemination of images, or being an accomplice in the commission of such an act.
In addition, Mr. A stated that: “Lawyer Boo is not simply a legal consultant, but also actively spreads the views of the late actress Kim Sae Ron’s family and takes advantage of his position as a lawyer to make false information appear to be true”, and “because Lawyer Boo abused the prestige of a legal expert, the degree of condemnation is even greater”.
Mr. A also emphasized the “presentation of false information based on documents that were not objectively verified,” and said: “Through press conferences, lawyer Boo directly made shocking accusations such as ‘sexual crimes against minors’, causing serious and irreparable damage to the positive image and credibility that Kim Soo Hyun has built over many years in Korea and abroad.”
It’s been over a month since the incident was exposed, but the situation is still not under control. Kim Soo Hyun’s upcoming Disney+ drama “Knock Off” has been postponed, while the late Kim Sae Ron’s past love life continues to be brought up, causing a secondary wave of hurt.
With the representative lawyer being sued, many opinions say that the family of the late actress Kim Sae Ron is continuing to face new challenges in the lawsuit with Kim Soo Hyun.
